Our Mission and Vision

Bundle of Joy’s mission is to ensure that every Chicago family has access to a supply of clean diapers. We believe that a baby’s health and well being should not be threatened by a lack of available diapers, and we aim to make sure that all parents in our city have access to clean diapers for their infants and toddlers.

Meet Bundle of Joy

Bundle of Joy is Chicago’s first and only diaper bank. Bundle of Joy is the largest independent depository of donated diapers in the city, providing diapers to families who cannot afford to buy them. Families cannot use government subsidies to buy diapers, making disposable diapers one of the most frequently requested items at Chicago food pantries. Bundle of Joy is meeting this need by collecting donated diapers and distributing them through partnerships with local food pantries, community centers and social service agencies.

Bundle of Joy collects diapers through diaper drives with local businesses, organizations and schools, and through Bundle of Joy drop off locations throughout the city. Bundle of Joy accepts both new packages of diapers and loose unused diapers that your baby has outgrown.
